It seemed ‘natural’ that in 1997, we took the decision to convert to organic status. By September 2000, the farm was marketing certified organic produce and the business evolved further first into local food marketing, supplying hotels and shops as well as friends, old and new, then into supplying chilled boxed lamb throughout Britain.

We are a specialised business, based in the Glenkens, in ‘the heart of Dumfries and Galloway’, in the Southern Uplands of Scotland where we focus on quality and offer you the unique opportunity to savour our lamb. We deal exclusively and specifically in producing a limited number of top quality lambs each year. Using only approved organic farming methods, we produce lovely, lean lamb that has a supreme taste appreciated by both consumers here in the Glenkens and on the tables of restaurants and households throughout the UK.
